Rebecca Ensign, MA, LCMHC, LCPC, NPT-C

Rebecca Ensign is the owner of Ensign Counseling Services, PLLC and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maine. Rebecca received her Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Antioch University New England with a focus on Mental Health Counseling with a substance abuse concentration.

Rebecca primarily works with adults and offers a person centered, client focused approach which is focused on the needs of her clients. She also offers remote neurofeedback services to help clients regulate brainwaves to improve overall well-being. She loves working with individuals who are seeking support in navigating life transitions. She also enjoys helping clients to increase overall self-esteem and confidence.
