Ensign Counseling Services, PLLC, offers remote counseling and neurofeedback to help you navigate stress and improve your overall well-being without having to leave the comfort of your own house!

Specialties and issues include: Self-esteem, life transitions, stress, anxiety, codependency, coping skills, depression, emotional disturbance, family conflict, life coaching, peer relationships, pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, relationship issues, transgender, trauma, PTSD, ADHD and women's issues.
Services are provided to individuals located in New Hampshire or Maine at time of service.

Remote Counseling
Waitlist for New Remote Counseling Clients
Intake Fee: $200.00
Session Fee: $150.00
Insurances Accepted: Anthem BCBS, United, Optum, Harvard Pilgrim and Cigna/Evernorth
Remote Neurofeedback
Now Accepting New Clients for Neurofeedback
Payment options include: $30.00 per session (training alone) or $450.00 per month (training alone)
30 Minutes sessions with clinician are $75.00
Services include a brain assessment, ongoing neurofeedback training and progress reports every 8-12 sessions.
Some insurance plans cover Neurofeedback sessions. You can check with your insurance in advance using CPT code: 90901
Clients are responsible for obtaining a BrainFitFlex device. They are available to purchase for $750.00 or rent for $79.00 monthly (plus initial set up fee) from BrainBit.
